Multi-Wafer Shipping Boxes
Cost-efficient carriers for shipping 2 to 25 wafers per box with conductive foam separators and cassette-in-box designs.
Overview
Multi-wafer shippers give fabs and distribution centers an economical way to move batches of test, monitor, or production wafers without the per-unit cost of individual single-wafer packaging. Wafers are separated by antistatic interleaf foam sheets or seated in dedicated slots within a conductive cassette insert, keeping each substrate mechanically isolated even under stacking and pallet loads.
The cassette-in-box format is designed to interface directly with fab automated material handling systems (AMHS), so wafers can move from receiving dock to stocker without an intermediate transfer step. Boxes stack securely for efficient pallet loading, and every unit is available in 2, 6, 13, or 25-wafer capacities to match standard lot sizes.

Applications
Economical bulk shipment of test and monitor wafers between tool qualification sites and fabs.
Full-lot movement of production wafers between multi-site fab networks under a single conductive cassette insert.
Standard-lot outbound shipments to foundry customers, with optional branded box labeling.
Stackable box design optimized for high-volume freight consolidation and warehouse storage density.
Quality & Certification
Multi-wafer boxes are assembled in ISO Class 4–5 cleanroom conditions with each interleaf foam sheet and cassette insert verified for particle contribution before packing. Design revisions pass ISTA 3A drop and vibration testing, and every shipment carries full ISO 9001:2015 lot traceability.
