Overview
Fabless companies and multi-site IDMs often need to move substrates between wafer fabs — for capacity balancing, dual-sourcing, or specification harmonization. GINECHIP coordinates the logistics, documentation, and specification conversion required to transfer wafer inventory between facilities without disrupting production schedules.
Our fab-to-fab supply program includes lot traceability, customs and export documentation for cross-border shipments, and real-time inventory visibility. We support single-lot transfers as well as ongoing multi-site allocation agreements under ISO 9001-certified quality management.
Service Models
Just-in-Time Delivery (JIT)
Just-in-Time delivery synchronizes wafer shipments with your production schedule, reducing your on-site inventory to near zero. Our logistics network enables daily replenishment with dock-to-stock lead times as short as 4 hours for regional customers.
Vendor-Managed Inventory (VMI)
Vendor-Managed Inventory shifts inventory management responsibility to us. We monitor your consumption, maintain agreed stock levels at your facility, and automatically replenish based on actual usage. You gain inventory cost reduction while maintaining supply assurance.

Consignment Inventory
Our consignment inventory program places wafer stock directly at your facility. You draw from inventory as needed and are billed only for consumed material. This eliminates your carrying costs while ensuring immediate availability for urgent requirements.

Emergency Supply Program

Full lot traceability from crystal growth to your fab door. Each wafer carrier is labeled with a unique lot ID that links to complete manufacturing history including crystal growth parameters, wafering data, and inspection results.
