Engineering Review
Our process engineers review your specifications for technical feasibility, material availability, and process compatibility. We may follow up with clarifying questions to ensure accuracy.
Quotation Delivered
You receive a detailed quotation including: unit pricing, volume discount tiers, lead time, shipping terms (Incoterms), payment terms, and any applicable compliance documentation.
Order & Ship
Upon PO acceptance, we initiate your order with full lot traceability. Regular status updates throughout processing, with final QC data and Certificate of Conformance included in shipment.
What We Need From You
To provide the most accurate quotation, please include the following details in your RFQ where applicable:
Material type, grade (Prime, Test, SOI, etc.), dopant type and resistivity, crystal orientation, diameter, thickness, surface finish requirements.
Film material and target thickness, lithography resolution and mask data format, bump type/pitch/metallurgy, etch depth and profile, bonding specifications.
Initial order quantity, projected monthly/annual volume (for volume pricing), required delivery date, acceptable lead time, shipping destination.
Applicable standards (SEMI, JEDEC, MIL, AEC-Q), required certifications (ISO 9001, ITAR), inspection criteria, acceptance test procedures.
